High Quality

PDA did our apartment so brilliantly and with such high quality 20 years ago that the only reason to redo is our taste has changed. Peter has always been there for us - all these years - for any issue that has come up in this apartment, and has visited many potential new apartments with us. PDA was not the least expensive, but you usually get what you pay for, and we most certainly did. We are among a small minority of clients who have an ongoing and wonderful relationship with our contractor.

Amazing Professional

When we decided to do our second renovation of a pre war apartment, we had five firms bid on the job. We included PDN on the recommendation of a colleague of mine who had glowing reviews of Peter and all of his staff and chose him based on that and several other references as well as the detail and clarity he brought to the bid process. We have been more than satisfied with the initial project, the completion on the punchlist and the follow through over the next several years which Peter promised and has delivered on. He is an amazing professional – knows and manages his crews, the process and works well with architects and decorators, guiding the process smoothly and efficiently. I have recommended Peter multiple times since our project – twice in our building and all of his customers have been similarly thrilled with him as a GC, his day to day project managers and all the guys on the crew.

Couldn't Be Happier

We hired Peter Di Natale and Associates to do a gut renovation of a 2500 square foot pre war Upper West Side apartment in New York City. We couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone on the job was professional, courteous and accommodating throughout. We met with Peter to discuss the project from the outset and through to the finish. Peter was personally available as often as we needed, whether it was to review the contract, work through design issues or to meet with the construction crew. He was easy to work with and always sought to facilitate our every desire no matter how challenging that would be for his team. When we first met with him, he told us that regardless of whatever we encountered during the construction phase of the project, he would work through whatever issues we could throw his way until we were satisfied with the result and do whatever it took to make us happy. Having worked with other contractors and on several other projects before, we knew that this was a big commitment and we told him we would hold him to that. We knew too well well that there would be bumps in the road as there always would be in projects like this. It is how they are dealt with that is the difference between the contractor you want to move forward with and the one you want to avoid. We are glad to say that 5 years after the completion of our apartment, Peter and his team have honored their commitment and more. They continue to provide excellent service whenever we need some fine tuning or a small repair. We would recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation.
