Founder
Peter Di Natale often says, “When you design and construct someone’s home, it becomes an intimate experience. We offer our best guidance, and the choices our customers make are to be respected and honored.” That philosophy has shaped his work for more than three decades.
Peter is a third‑generation builder. His grandfather Gaetano was a master woodworker in Vittoria, Sicily, and his father, John built a global career in conceptual estimating, cost engineering, and construction management. Peter credits him for the values and discipline that guide the firm today.
A Rutgers‑trained civil engineer, Peter began his career designing movable bridges, then moved into project management and estimating with BIA Construction, followed by engineering roles at Gilbane Building Company on major corporate projects.
In 1990, he founded Peter Di Natale & Associates Inc., focusing on high‑end residential renovations and specialized commercial buildouts. Known for his technical expertise and collaborative approach, Peter is frequently hired directly by homeowners, architects, and designers.
Alongside overseeing construction, he provides preconstruction consulting and conceptual estimating—giving clients a clear, realistic understanding of project costs before work begins, a service many have come to rely on.
